Molin Concrete Products Company is searching for the right candidate to lead this exciting venture.  The position offers a competitive salary and benefit package (medical, dental, life, ADD, STD, LTD, 401(k), and ownership through the ESOP.   

Five years of industry experience in architectural precast concrete, 5-7 years of experience in a leadership role and commitment to safety is required.  A 4-year degree is desirable or equivalent experience.  Skills required include:  conflict and change management; performance management; coaching; business planning; customer service;  excellent written and oral communication; understanding of precast concrete products and services, as well as their application; ability to execute; working knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Excel, Outlook, Word), organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to problem solve. Lean management, principles, ability to read blueprints and mix design experience desirable.
