Build Your Future (BYF)
Build Your Future is an NCCER initiative that is a collaborative grassroots approach to construction workforce forecasting and development that includes recruitment, training, placement, retention and image enhancement strategies.

journeyman.io
journeyman matches highly skilled construction professionals - including masons, carpenters, electricians, mechanics, plumbers, and many more - from Germany and Switzerland with construction projects around the world. Projects and employment contracts with these professionals are on a per project base and limited in time.  Contractors are given the opportunity to prevent understaffed work sites during a time of global construction labor shortage whilst not committing to long term job contracts.
