Political Action- ABC national has a large staff devoted to handling legislation and current regulations on the federal level, while the Chapter Legislative Director covers the Minnesota legislature and regulatory agencies. We promote pieces of legislation that are beneficial to the merit shop construction industry and inform ABC members of legislation that could be detrimental for their companies. Minnesota ABC
distributes a Bi-Monthly magazine entitled "Building Minnesota" that
helps our members keep up with political activity, events, safety and
education. ABC offers advertising space in the magazine, which is
distributed to to all ABC members plus many construction end users. ABC
Minnesota produces an E-Zine called "Chatter" twice a month, which
keeps all of our members up to date on current events and issues in the

Executive" allowing members an opportunity to monitor progress and
